Restaurant Les Belles Rives

We've been going to this lovely lakeside restaurant for years. It's a shame the quality is declining! On July 21st, we went out as a family. We were very surprised by the fried fish. They were incredibly salty!!! We mentioned it to the waiter, who confirmed the problem. When we paid the bill, we were told that a large order had been placed and... that they were continuing to serve the dish as is! Shameful! For us, that's it for "Les Belles Rives"!!! 👎

Great setting and the staff are fantastic, they think of everything even when it's busy. The food is pretty good. In short, I highly recommend it!

A wonderful surprise during our romantic weekend at Lake Aiguebelette. After a paddleboarding trip, we were looking for takeout. We stumbled upon this restaurant where the person (the owner, I think) gave us a very warm welcome, with a smile and kindness, and offered us excellent hamburger menus (trout and chicken). The hamburgers were amazing, and the fries were homemade. Both the quality and quantity were excellent. The price was very reasonable (€15 for the menu). The setting was fantastic. I highly recommend it!

Excellent restaurant, welcoming and friendly. No complaints about the food, it was superb, including the desserts. Looking forward to returning!

The dream unfortunately ends there! A magnificent place, and delightful service; the staff is incredibly attentive, which is very pleasant, especially with a promising €35 menu… But: - The fish soup, which we love, is nothing more than a kind of "herbal tea" or "broth" served with a rouille that's no better than a simple remoulade! - The Arctic char is only Arctic char in name; unfortunately, this fish, with its subtle flavor, is swimming in butter and parsley… Once again, kudos to the service, but it's a shame the enjoyment ends there!

A place worth discovering! A lovely waterfront terrace perfect for admiring the sunsets over the lake! Excellent food and service, and the waitresses were always friendly and smiling!

An exceptional experience at this restaurant! The view is simply stunning, the food was delicious, and the service, with truly charming staff, made everything perfect. I recommend it 100%!

The average rating is really low considering the quality of this restaurant, its location, service, and everything else. The dishes are very good, fresh, and locally sourced. The prices are more than reasonable considering its lakeside location—you can't get any closer. The service is excellent; you want for nothing, and the servers are very friendly. Thank you.
