Visiting on a Saturday in July, we arrived at the restaurant and there was no one to greet us. Given the state of the kebab meat on a Saturday, we decided to turn around and leave without ordering.

Honestly, the service was terrible. The sandwich was bland, the fries dry, the meat cold... the service was nonexistent. Two waitresses behind me looked panicked. One of them was cleaning the tables with a cigarette in her hand... and that's not all. Avoid this place; nothing will replace a real, authentic kebab... however, the price of the sandwich isn't cheap... I won't be back.

First time at Berliner, cold atmosphere and no welcome whatsoever. The bread was stale and the meat was way overcooked and dry. I don't recommend it.
