A terrible experience: I bought bread from this bakery, drawn in by the "wood-fired" sign. Huge disappointment: the bread hadn't risen, it was rock-hard, and difficult to cut. In short, practically inedible. Whoever made this bread either knows nothing about baking or simply doesn't care. Avoid this place.

It's a shame they didn't even apologize for not being able to accept credit card payments for certain products, even though I paid for the bread with my credit card.

The bread and cakes are bland and tasteless. And the young blond guy doesn't look like he invented the flan maker! He's as heavy as his bread. It's expensive for what it is... What a shame! The place deserves friendly staff... Skilled bakers... but all there is is that other talentless, punchable face.

The bread is delicious, unlike the vendor. He was barely pleasant and gave me the cold shoulder... Customer service matters too.

The person who greeted us was very rude, showed no politeness, and refused to slice our bread!! Shameful. A word of advice: change your career. I also confirm that the dough was unfermented, very compact and very hard balls, not cooked inside, indigestible, and had no taste. We threw two balls in the trash. Absolutely avoid this place!!!!!

Very disappointed compared to last year. I really enjoyed the chocolate croissants and regular croissants, which reminded me of my childhood and the buttery pastries. I just bought some again after several months, and the taste (or rather, the lack thereof) is terrible. The dough for the chocolate croissants and regular croissants is incredibly dense, and you can really taste the doughy, floury flavor. The bread itself is still okay. And as for the service, the salesperson's smile is still nonexistent and the service is far from pleasant.

I'd like to add some nuance to the previous comments. The products are high quality, with a special mention for the bread, whose nutritional value and shelf life are unmatched in the area. However, I agree with the criticisms about the salesperson, who is utterly nonchalant and can be (very) unpleasant, which is detrimental to the establishment. A SHAME.

It's closed even though it's advertised as open! I've been there before and I can confirm the seller's statement.
