Arrived at 7:16 PM, served at 7:54 PM… I don't know what to say. I've never been so disappointed and annoyed by the lack of enthusiasm from almost the entire staff tonight…

No air conditioning (or maybe I didn't notice it...). We were eating practically on top of each other, less than 30 cm from the table next to us. I know what my table neighbors are going through. I had to ask four times for a carafe of water after waiting 20 minutes. Other tables had their orders taken before us even though they arrived after us. We asked to exchange our drinks by paying the difference, but they refused... In short, first and last time.

Very good meal and good interaction with the staff.

A very disappointing experience. The wait was interminable, even just to be seated, despite the numerous tables available. The organization was clearly lacking. I do not recommend this establishment. Especially since there are several alternatives nearby, including some right next door or across the street, that offer a much better experience. I will not return.

The staff were attentive even when arriving at 9:30 pm. But what a disappointment the steak tartare was! The meat was minced so finely that it was more like mashed potatoes, there was no sauce whatsoever, and that was it! No capers, no onions.

A huge thank you to our server Philippe! Professional, responsive, funny, and always smiling. He greatly contributed to making our meal even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!
