Great experience at Camillo! Everything was perfect 👍🏽

The food is quite good, but the portions are far too small. The pizzas had more crust than toppings… I don't understand all the positive reviews; perhaps we just had a bad day, since the service wasn't great either. Maybe it's Gen Z, but there's a minimum level of courtesy one should show towards customers. However, the restaurant's decor is very pretty, which is a shame.

Pleasant atmosphere. Young, dynamic, and friendly team; I recommend this establishment for a pleasant evening.

I've been to a lot of pizzerias, mainly in Lyon (one a week for a year), and this one is among the best. Everything is impeccable: the welcome, the table setting, the service, the food, the choice of plates and cups. The pizzas are excellent; there's a real effort put into the flavors, using quality ingredients. I also ordered lemon ice cream to complete my meal, and the verdict was the same: everything is made with care. I will gladly come back to eat at your restaurant. Thank you very much.

At first glance, the place seems quite nice. However, the staff is completely overwhelmed with just a few tables and they're even offering more. Every single guest had to wait at least 20-30 minutes before they could order. The kitchen seems to be in complete chaos, as orders get mixed up and lost. The waitstaff is either unresponsive or even ignores guests when mistakes become too obvious. We were thoroughly dissatisfied. We waited a total of 80 minutes for our order and then had to pay full price for a burnt pizza. This is no way to run a restaurant!

The pizzas are good, and the ingredients used are undeniably excellent. However, the crust is too thick, making it a bit heavy. I would have preferred more toppings 😉

Located on a lovely pedestrian street, the atmosphere is pleasant, even for a group of 10 on the terrace. The service and staff are friendly. We ordered pizzas and gnocchi. Some orders arrived reasonably quickly, but some of us had to wait an hour to be served. Also, the pizzas were very good but lacked toppings despite a well-cooked and generous crust. One person ordered gnocchi and was disappointed by a meal that was overcooked and too small for the price. However, every dish was good and flavorful.

Despite the very positive reviews, unfortunately, there was a different side note. After taking our order (during which we were asked whether each Peroni was small or large, with the answer every time being ‘it comes in a bottle, right?’), the drinks were accidentally poured over us from the tray. It happens. Apart from the lack of apologies (or the house beer as a consolation for the wet clothes and glass shards), the empty table next to us was very quietly dabbed dry with a toilet roll. At the same time, the pizzas were already on the table, the fastest ever for us. Although they looked tasty, the thick crust was really undercooked and the dough was still soft. Despite checking if there were any nuts in the pizzas, a presumably stray pistachio trace meant we had to cut this dinner short due to an allergic reaction. We were very thoughtfully given the remaining pizza slices to take home in a box, but we didn't dare offer them to a homeless person outside. Naturally, we didn't leave a tip, but if we had, the hope would have been that the male waiter would buy a strong deodorant with it.

A huge thank you to the red-haired waitress who was incredibly attentive and professional despite the crowd. Plus, the food was delicious! :)

Excellent find! For me, Camillo is without a doubt one of the best pizzerias in Chambéry. The Neapolitan pizzas are absolutely delicious: a light and fluffy crust, high-quality ingredients, and perfect cooking. You can taste the expertise in every pizza. A huge congratulations to the entire team, with a special mention for Illona, ​​the manager, whose professionalism, kindness, organization, and dedication to service are remarkable. She is always welcoming, attentive, and available, and she makes sure every customer has a wonderful experience. I also want to highlight Lucie's responsiveness; she is efficient, friendly, and very attentive. It's truly wonderful to see such a dedicated team. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. I will definitely be back!
