Super pizzeria !

Order placed for delivery via the app, this evening, July 14, 2026. 6:30 PM: Order placed for 8:30 PM (as usual, I specify the name on the intercom, the floor, my phone number, etc.). Order confirmed and pending. 8:30 PM: The tracking shows a scheduled delivery for 9:10 PM. 9:00 PM: The tracking displays "out for delivery." 9:04 PM: I receive a call, I answer, no one is there. (Usually the delivery driver always rings the intercom, and I usually go downstairs to make things easier for them and save them time, but this time they didn't bother to ring.) 9:05 PM: I go downstairs, no one is there. I look around in case the driver is nearby, nothing and no one is there. I call the driver back: no answer and no way to leave a message. 9:11 PM: I call the store. Response: There are issues with Uber Eats, please wait 15 minutes and call back. 9:25 PM Still nothing, I call the shop again. They tell me the delivery is complete and hang up on me. 9:44 PM I call the shop again and they tell me the order is in the shop awaiting delivery. I offer to come pick it up. "No need, sir, just wait, your pizza will arrive in 45 minutes at the latest, and it will be hot." Yeah, right... I have serious doubts. 10:25 PM The pizza never arrived and never will, and on top of that, I feel like I'm not being taken seriously. Update 07/15/2026: After calling back this morning to find out what was happening, I managed to get my order rescheduled for delivery the same day at the same time. It was done. On the other hand, I don't know if this is a new way of doing things, but the delivery man didn't ring the intercom and didn't come up, he called me and I came down.

AMAZING customer service! We came just before closing and the staff there were so friendly and attentive. Will definitely try and come back!
