An absolutely remarkable experience. It's very rare that I'm completely satisfied when I go to a restaurant, as I'm extremely demanding when it comes to the quality of the ingredients and the execution of the dishes. Here, all the criteria are more than met. The quality is evident at every level. The gravlax salmon is exceptional, perfectly seasoned, and impeccably fresh. The foie gras, which I enjoyed at Christmas, was simply sublime: delicate, meltingly tender, and with a perfectly balanced flavor. Each dish clearly highlights the skill and freshness of the ingredients, which is sadly becoming increasingly rare these days. You can feel a genuine commitment to quality in both the selection of raw materials and their preparation. The team is warm, professional, and passionate, and the service is attentive without being intrusive. The prices are more than reasonable given the quality offered, providing excellent value for money. Finally, the restaurant's concept is extremely well thought out, modern, and efficient, and perfectly complements the dining experience. A high-quality establishment that I recommend.

It certainly doesn't taste bad, but when you have a 4mm thick slice of diot cut in half in the pasta salad and the veal sauté with olives is more like olives with the taste of veal sauté (3 pieces of veal smaller than the olives), it's disappointing.

The food is really excellent, the ingredients are high quality, the prices are very reasonable, and the portions are generous. A truly great place, I highly recommend it!
