Rosette sandwich: half a baguette with 4 slices of rosette sausage and 3 half-cornichons. A rip-off.

We came to your bakery on the morning of May 27th with a friend, and we were very disappointed by the staff's welcome. Upon our arrival, the saleswomen barely greeted us, without making eye contact, and with a very cold attitude. When I politely asked where the spoons were, one of the employees gave me an unpleasant reply before whispering something to her colleague, who then rolled her eyes. This behavior was very inappropriate and really gives a bad impression of your establishment. We understand that some days can be more difficult than others, but the bare minimum is to welcome customers with respect and politeness. That day, there was a blonde employee with glasses and a ponytail, as well as a brunette with a bun. If the staff doesn't want to interact with customers, perhaps they should consider another profession. It's a shame, because it completely ruins the experience.

It's all clean and the bread is so good, and the cakes too! I'm going to see them tomorrow at 2 pm.

The bakery was extremely salty, and on a negative note, I've never seen such dirty toilets. The staff uniforms were also very dirty.

I bought a pie without checking the packaging. When I opened the box, it was completely burnt. It's shameful to even sell something like that. Result: pie and €10 straight to the bin.

The baguette was very good and the saleswoman's smile was always very pleasant, even though the other customers weren't always the most polite.

I've often noticed the saleswomen smoking cigarettes in front of the bakery entrance and then returning to work or prepare the bread without washing their hands… And today, the saleswoman was coughing openly into her sleeve, fiddling with her hair bun with her right hand, and serving the bread with her right hand—not exactly ideal… so I left without any bread. It makes you wonder if hygiene standards are being followed.

We had breakfast. The saleswoman was friendly and smiling. There was a lot of choice and everything looked delicious!

Very disappointed not to be able to buy my bread 3 minutes before the advertised closing time. I understand wanting to leave on time, but buying a baguette doesn't take 5 minutes; above all, you have to respect the closing time for your customers. I stood in front of the door for a minute, and the employee came and mopped the floor right in front of me without even looking up.

This is not my first time here, but each time I am served by a tall, dark-haired woman who is very smiley and pleasant!

A visit to Marie Blachère in Drumettaz, and I was very pleased with the quality of the products and especially the excellent welcome and service! The waitresses were very friendly and pleasant, particularly the tall brunette and the tattooed blonde! Thank you for the warm welcome!
