We hired the L'Avalanche food truck for a birthday buffet and everything was absolutely perfect! The guests loved the originality and freshness of the food. Special mention goes to the incredibly inventive salads, bursting with flavor, and the wraps, which were a huge hit. The charcuterie platter was also excellent, generous, and made with top-quality products. In addition to delighting everyone, the team is incredibly kind and highly professional. If you're looking for a caterer that's out of the ordinary for your events, go for it without hesitation! A huge thank you to L'Avalanche for making this day so special. We entrusted Elodie with the task of catering our wedding reception and meal, with specific requirements such as offering a vegetarian option and using a fire pit. Elodie from Avalanche rose to the challenge brilliantly. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Elodie worked behind the scenes, with complete autonomy and professionalism, even adhering to our schedule down to the minute. Furthermore, we had spoken several times by phone beforehand, and Elodie always adapted to our wishes and offered valuable suggestions, as we didn't really have any ideas for the meal. Thank you so much, Elodie, everything was perfect!

Absolutely fantastic!!! We hired this food truck for a birthday party. Élodie was incredibly responsive with the organization and even suggested some great ideas; we had a hard time choosing a menu because all the options looked so delicious! In the end, everything was beautifully presented, and the feedback from our guests was overwhelmingly positive—everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. In short, a wonderful discovery!

We went to try it before my daughter's christening and frankly, we weren't disappointed. I recommend it 100%. We can't wait for the christening day to arrive so we can enjoy the delicious meal and also return to the food truck on Thursdays in La Motte.
