I've lived on the hill for several years now, and I occasionally stop by hoping for some improvement, but no such luck. The service is truly appalling every time. Never a smile, not even a glance. I feel like I'm bothering you. I ask for something, and they don't listen and serve me something else. Personally, I only buy bread and pastries (pain au chocolat, croissants, etc.). I come quite early in the morning, and I find that the products are from the day before; they're simply not good. I get the impression that you're not taking any responsibility. I don't consider myself particularly demanding, but everyone who has shopped at your store shares the same opinion (friends, family, and neighbors). Good for you if your sales figures are satisfactory, but with at least a decent welcome, you could attract more customers. I don't expect a positive response from you, given your previous comments. Starting from the premise that justifying yourself by looking at the cameras and pointing the finger at a customer, shifting the blame onto them, will always backfire. Aside from giving you immediate satisfaction, it achieves nothing; quite the opposite, in fact. Best of luck.

Hello, I enjoy coming to your bakery from time to time; your staff are always smiling, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere is pleasant. Mais… votre snaking, la sandwich à la sauce non merci c’est plus possible… le poulet curry, tellement de sauce que c’est écœurant, a contrario 2 brins de salade à l’intérieur, je pense pas que ce soit ce qui coute le plus chère pourtant, le pita poulet, idem, c’est du bourrage, une grosse poignet de garniture dans un si petit pain qui ne se ferme même plus, le sandwich en est trempé par la garniture, il ne peu même pas ce manger sur le pouce sans en mettre de partout, la fêta à l’intérieur même pas émietter c’est carrément des blocs… s’il vous plais revoyez vos garnitures… et enfin la salade poulet, on a renversé la salade dans une assiette, la garniture tombe mais la salade reste bloqué dans le bol tellement qu’elle est tassé et qu’il y en a en grosse quantité l’assiette était même pas assez grande…je ne comprend ce manque l’équilibre… Je pense que des petits changements peut vous faire gagner en qualité. I used to come here for bread when I was stuck, but now I'm definitely never setting foot in that bakery again. The pastries are disgusting, the bread is terrible, but worst of all, the staff don't even look at you. No smiles, just a quick "thank you" and "goodbye." Seriously, don't go into business if you can't stand people! Avoid this place at all costs.

Top-notch bakery! Everything is delicious, the sweets, the savory treats, and the bread. The pastries are truly delicious, especially the galette des rois (when it's in season). Update on 02/15/2026: Would it be possible for employees to serve customers with gloves or tongs? For the past few months, every time I go to get bread or a pastry, the server touches everything with their fingers, and I find that completely unhygienic. Sorry for this change of review, but since this is a recurring issue, I wanted to inform you of your employees' lack of hygiene (HCCP standards). Today, Sunday, February 15th, while the employee was eating, she served me right after licking her fingers, and I find that extremely disgusting. 🤢 Thank you for your feedback. It was Sunday, February 15th, around 4:30/5:00 PM, I would say.

This morning I went to get three complete lunch deals to go. The cashier told me it was possible, so I asked her which deals were available, knowing there were no other customers. She refused to explain them and directed me to a sign to read in a very unpleasant manner. Then she told me there were no lids for the orange juice and hot drinks. I was puzzled by the fact that she didn't offer me plastic bottles since it was takeout, so I asked her to put them in the bottles. Still in an unpleasant tone, she told me they weren't included in the deal. I don't understand why, knowing perfectly well it was takeout. Still very unpleasant, she packed my bag, but the hot drinks weren't properly secured. She took my payment, still grumpy and arrogant, and the drinks completely spilled on me and in my car. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Passing by this bakery from time to time, I've noticed once again that, despite opening the doors at 6:00 AM, there are no savory snacks on the shelves at 6:20 AM... yet two saleswomen are there... but probably too busy chatting... I feel a bit like I'm bothering them... sorry! I'll try somewhere else in the future...

Hello, yesterday I bought a praline wreath, it was stale. We have been using this bakery for years, disappointed and we will not return.

The waitress was rarely smiling, except for two out of five who were actually quite unpleasant. One waitress, a bit overweight with tattoos, did absolutely nothing and was very disagreeable, with no smile or greeting. The service was deplorable, and I wasn't happy working there. That's it, I found another bakery that was friendlier and more welcoming. This place doesn't deserve our money because of the poor service.

I went to the bakery late in the afternoon, and while waiting my turn, an elderly person fell and hit their head on a high chair. None of the employees reacted; they acted as if nothing had happened. They simply stared at the person on the floor while continuing to serve customers behind the counter. I am extremely shocked by this behavior, and what's more, the employee wasn't pleasant at all when serving me.
