Amazing...it's creative, it's surprising. Definitely worth trying.

It's difficult to give an opinion at the moment. The reception wasn't very good when I tried to book. Furthermore, the menus and prices aren't displayed outside (which isn't mandatory). That was a surprise.

A superb experience at this new gourmet restaurant! Local produce, refinement, and freshness are the values ​​that truly resonated. We enjoyed an aperitif on the terrace where we were treated to a stunning sunset over the lake and mountains! Kevin and Lucille have managed to create a touch of simplicity and conviviality. The open kitchen, where we could watch them and their assistants preparing our dishes, is a brilliant idea and fascinating to observe! 👍 Thank you again.

The new owners have transformed Chalet du Sire into a warm and inviting place with tasteful décor. Their cuisine is excellent, featuring high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. I'll be back this fall to try their new menu.

Fantastic find! The chalet has just reopened in this fabulous location, overlooking Lake Bourget... Go quickly before the young chefs who have taken over the establishment regain their first Michelin star, which they previously held in the south of France. Perfect, delicious cuisine... A wonderful discovery!

A superb gastronomic experience in an exceptional setting. The refined cuisine showcases local produce with originality yet simplicity, in a warm and intimate atmosphere. The dining room decor is very well done. I particularly enjoyed the open kitchen, allowing you to watch the team at work and get up close to the chefs. And the sunset over Lake Bourget on the horizon... I was delighted to discover the restaurant during its first week of opening. Bravo!
