I ordered a salad that looked so tempting, but I was so disappointed because it had no dressing 🤮

I went for coffee with my colleague. First, I got a cold coffee. I asked again why my coffee was cold, but she took it and reheated it. She was really unfriendly; she's the girl with the tattoo. She refused to make me another coffee, saying that logically, it's not like that at all. If the coffee isn't good, we'll make it again.

We had the opportunity to stop there a couple of times, and unfortunately, we noticed a lack of attention to the cleanliness of the cutlery (dirty spoons that weren't properly washed). How can you neglect hygiene and cleanliness in a snack bar? Furthermore, one of the employees threw away a spoon after three attempts, hoping to finally find a clean one. Being in the food service industry ourselves, I just wanted to point out that you should check the cutlery again after it comes out of the dishwasher. Pay attention to the staff you hire.

Great for lunch, a really varied selection, fresh products guaranteed, and above all, a comfortable place to relax. The daily special option, which changes almost every day, is really good, healthy, balanced, and delicious!

The snack bar attendant wasn't very pleasant to her colleagues. It's a shame that we, as customers, felt the discomfort.

The quality is really no longer there... cost-cutting? Lots of bread in the sandwiches but hardly anything inside... a shame and disappointing

One Saturday during the February school holidays, only the set menu was available: a charcuterie platter, homemade tartiflette and salad, and a raspberry tartlet. Other options included a starter and main course, a main course and dessert, or a starter, main course and dessert. Affordable prices. The food was good. The problem: Over 1 hour and 40 minutes for one main course and one dessert!!! Don't even bother asking for coffee; our neighbors waited 20 minutes!!! When you finally finish, you have to waste even more time at the till because you have to return each item individually (and look up the codes on the till or ask a colleague for them!) because the waitress had only been there for two days... The poor waitress was completely overwhelmed, managing both the dining room and the till all by herself, while there are TWO sales assistants at the bakery for just a few customers, some of whom are even waiting in line! Neither of them came to help! It was really poorly organized and it spoiled the experience! In the end, we should have just bought lunch in the shop and eaten at the tables in the bakery. (Oh yes, by 1 p.m. the bakery had run out of savory items! ...I can hardly believe it!) In short, if you have a looooot of time: go for it, it's good....but really, really long!

Two set menus of the day, excellent, very well presented with a superb dessert. Only slight complaint: the dishes were a little chilly.
