I used to come here but had been disappointed with the service, and this time I was served by a pleasant and smiling gentleman. I wanted a sandwich, but they were out. I finished work late, at 3:45 pm. The waiter asked the order preparation staff if it was possible, and the very pleasant young woman in the kitchen made me a rosette sausage and pickle sandwich right away, with a smile. It was a real treat. I came on July 15th; you can thank them, and I will gladly return. Both people were very professional.

Absolutely avoid this place! I am extremely disappointed with my visit to this bakery. The hygiene of the shop is frankly appalling. To top it all off, the customer service is simply abysmal. I was greeted by a particularly haughty and unpleasant blonde saleswoman with glasses. She had absolutely no sense of customer service or respect for the customer. In short, an establishment to avoid at all costs!

I shop at this chain regularly, but I've never seen a Marie Blachère as dirty as this one. The toilets are disgusting. The patio area has dirty tables; I certainly wouldn't eat there! Even the floor is filthy, both inside and out. I don't even want to imagine what it's like behind the counter! I just hope we don't get sick after eating the sandwiches 😔

I love Marie Blachère for the selection and reasonable prices! But every time I stop at the one in Saint-Jeoire, I'm disappointed. There's very little choice for a midday snack compared to the others (Montmélian, Saint-Alban), and every time I think they must have had a problem with the preparation. But after five visits, the choices are very limited (sandwiches, pizzas if they have any left) compared to the others where you can get tacos, pasta, wraps, hot sandwiches, croque monsieur, quiches, and lots more... At 1:30 pm, there were no more pizzas, no more sandwiches, just rösti... Inside, it's very hot, and the drinks aren't cold due to a problem with their refrigerator, which was already the case when I came a month ago...

Hello, I'd like to leave a quick comment. I see a lot of negative reviews on this page, but I just left. The people are very kind and welcoming. I admit, the only area where they could improve is the hygiene of the restrooms, but otherwise the staff is very friendly, especially Alban. 😁
