Pizza Chic Itinérant

The pizzas are so good, the ingredients are high quality, the dough is perfect, and the service is spontaneous and friendly. Absolutely fantastic!!! Thank you so much!!!

The pizzas are getting smaller and smaller (they're practically rattling around in the box!). They're getting less and less topped. Once, twice, three times they've gone downhill... Goodbye Pizza Chic. What a shame, we've been customers since they opened.

This pizza could be so much better if the tomato sauce used to top the dough was homemade... but it isn't; it's canned tomato puree, like the kind you find in Buitoni. It's shameful, especially when you can read on their website that the sauce is simmered on their premises.

Called at 7:15 PM for a table at 8:45 PM! Ordered 6 pizzas: 3 were ruined because ingredients weren't removed due to allergies, 2 weren't cut at all, and when I went to explain to the pizza maker, who was already eating and chatting with the customers while the woman with him cleaned and put everything away, he didn't question himself and told me it was impossible and that I should just bring the pizzas back so he could see for himself... Even though I was telling him that someone was headed to the hospital because of one of the unremoved ingredients, and he said: "Oh, but she left with her pizza?" Firstly, it's lucky I came alone because I think if I'd had someone with me, he would have come down off his high horse. And secondly, their manager (Valérie) knows how to fix his own mistakes, and that's why I'm adding a star. I really hope he finds a job that suits him better, VERY VERY far removed from sales.

I've been ordering pizzas from the Aiguebelle food truck for several years now, and I've never had a problem; the pizzas are super good! Be warned, they're so popular that you need to order well in advance!
