It lives up to its name perfectly. Very high level.

We had a wonderful evening at the Michelin-starred restaurant. The menu delighted our palates, and the service ensured a truly exceptional experience. Thank you to our servers and sommelier who looked after us throughout the evening!

A rather disappointing experience. Despite the threatening weather, the aperitif was still served on the terrace, which was great! Nothing to accompany it, though. Not so great. Perhaps we took too long to enjoy the experience, as the menu was then introduced on the terrace. A very awkward moment when we finally took our seats inside... The chef dares to use some surprising combinations, which we did enjoy, even if the balance (acidity, bitterness, etc.) wasn't always quite right for us: the escargot was pointless, as we only tasted the herbs, and the same was true for both desserts, for example. We found almost all the "sauces" or "reductions" far too salty. After several hours of reduction, perhaps the base was already too salty. A shame for several dishes, the lamb being the most glaring example. The presentation was lovely, and the tableware was beautifully chosen! The setting was fantastic, but there was one small drawback at our table: one of us was dining alone with a curtain. Regarding the service, there's work to be done on the "arrogant" attitude of some staff. It's sometimes very disconcerting. One Michelin star isn't three, and even with three, I think they need to know how to "put their foot down." We spent a good two-thirds of the evening embarrassed by their behavior. Another small but important point (for us) was the restrooms: a basket overflowing with dirty napkins, one placed on top of the clean ones. In the middle of service with about ten covers, one has to wonder if these weren't leftovers from lunch. At nearly €400 for two, the bill was also quite steep. We are hoteliers and patrons of fine restaurants when we can; perhaps we just happened to have an off day. In any case, we won't be returning and we won't be recommending it. Sorry.

Exquisite cuisine, an incredible discovery of multiple dishes and flavors, the setting is sumptuous, the staff particularly pleasant, cheerful and attentive.

We discovered this restaurant thanks to a gift card. It was a wonderful find. The food is exceptional. The service is impeccable. We were able to have lunch on the terrace overlooking Lake Bourget. We had a truly memorable experience.

The venue is magnificent, with an elegant and soothing atmosphere that made the moment even more special. Each dish was a true work of art, with refined flavors, meticulous presentation, and top-quality ingredients. The service was exceptional, attentive, and warm from beginning to end. The entire team contributed to making this a unique and memorable birthday celebration. Thank you for this timeless experience. We leave with wonderful memories and the desire to return very soon. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant!

Absolutely top-notch, inventive cuisine and attentive service!

An "unparalleled" gastronomic experience 😍 Bravo to Chef Alexandre Ciesielski and his team in the kitchen and dining room. The menu, for me, was nearly perfect (sorry about the manigodine, I couldn't have it 😬 but that's just a matter of taste).

We had an amazing dinner at La Table De L'Incomparable. The 7 course tasting menu was an absolute delight, each course was absolutely exquisite. We were a little nervous reading some of the previous reviews but the chef and staff have changed hands 6 or so months ago and they have evidently turned things around as the service was absolutely first class. We felt very well looked after so a special thanks to the maitre d' and his team, allez L'OM!

Outstanding service and exceptional cuisine! We were absolutely delighted by this hidden gem. Every dish was refined, beautifully executed, and full of flavor. A special mention to the amazing waiters from Marseille, who made the experience even more memorable!!

It was perfect. The Racine menu, champagne on the terrace overlooking the lake, impeccable, cheerful, and relaxed service—well done, gentlemen. Excellent 2022 Pernand Vergelesses red wine. Dietary restrictions were accommodated. We look forward to the next menu.
